Essay

The thesis is devoted to study pathogenetic mechanisms of erosive-ulcerous lesions of gastroduodenal zone in patients with haemoblastosis in dynamics of polychemical therapy and to develop effective methods of treatment and prevention. In 52.2% of cases patients with haemoblastosis due to cytostatic therapy have erosive-ulcerative lesions of gastroduodenal zone. Systems changes in metabolism in patients with haemoblastosis with erosive-ulcerative lesions of the gastroduodenal zone, with the maximum degree of changes in case of association with Helicobacter pylori infection have been ascertained. The feasibility of appointment of antihelicobacter therapy, pantoprazolе, rebamipidе and paroxetinе as a supporting therapy for the treatment and prevention of erosive-ulcerous lesions of the gastroduodenal zone, improving chemotherapy tolerability and quality of life has been proven.
