Essay

This work is devoted to development of new method of preoperative irradiation with radiomodification of fluoropyrimidines in order to increase the efficiency of combined treatment of cervical cancer (CC) patients. Preoperative radiochemotherapy with FP in dose of 30 Gr is the most effective treatment method, which contribute to partial tumor response - the tumor volume was decreased in 3 times. There was determined a direct relation between the level of SCCA expression and stage of disease. The rate of SCCA-positive cases is 91,7 % in case of affected regional lymphatic nodes. 3-years relapse-free survival in CC patients stage IIA and IIIB, who underwent preoperative radiochemotherapy with FP, is on 20,2 and 28,9 % higher, than in control group, comparative.
