Essay

The thesis is devoted to a complex comparative historic law investigation of the evolution of the institution of property law in Ukraine, Slovakia and Czech Republic from the IX century to the present. The process of formation and development of the institution of property law and features of its function in these states, at different stages of the investigated period, are studied. As a result of the investigation of the legal experience of Slovakia and Czech Republic, new scientific positions and propositions are presented with the goal of improving Ukraine's legislation as it applies to the institution of property law in order to increase efficiency in property relations.
