Vilgushinski M. Tactics of judicial investigation in the system of criminalistics

The dissertation research considers conceptual principles of the tactics in judicial investigation. It defines the problem of development and formation of tactics of court investigation and its fundamental directions in criminalistics. The author pays attention to the role of the means of criminalistics tactics while conducting court investigation. The dissertation establishes the specifity of interactions among participants of judicial activity, its organization and planning; researches tactical specific features for conducting judicial actions (court investigation, face-to-face confrontation, judicial inspections) , and proposes tactical means of their fulfilment. The author also pays attention to possibilities and some problems of using special knowledge in court.
