Essay

The object of research work are the processes of risk assessment and prediction of disease in the population information system in environmental management in Ukraine. The subject of research are the methods, models and means of forming an information resource systems and technologies for risk assessment and prediction of the population diseases from the influence impurities of water. The purpose of work is to improve environmental management through the creation and implementation of methods, models and information technology risk assessment and prediction of population diseases from the influence impurities of water. A mathematical model to quantify risk and exposure to harmful contaminants of water resources on public health, which is based on an evaluation of informational linkages between the concentration of harmful substances and diagnoses of diseases, allowing you to create effective methods and means of low-cost information technologies for environmental management. A new method of predicting the impact contaminants of surface water reservoirs and drinking water on health, which is based on a mathematical model was developed and provides a lower risk of disease due obtained using this method of information in environmental management in the region. Improved mathematical model of the information environment of risk assessment and prediction the population diseases from the influence of impurities water, which, in contrast to the existing allocated a deterministic and predictive workflow components, which allows to formalize the goal of implementing and procedural object component of information technology risk assessment and prediction disease of the population from the influence of impurities water. Improved formulation of the problem constructing an information technology oriented to solve environmental problems by making this model the value content of harmful substances on public health, which allows a formal description of generating processes, processing and use of information for risk assessment and prediction diseases on the population from the influence of impurities water resources.
