An object is public relations in industry of health protection Ukraine. An object is consisting and tendencies of development of state mechanisms of providing and defence of rights for the patients of Ukraine. The purpose of dissertation research is ground of theoretical principles and working of methodical positions and practical measures on perfection of state mechanisms of providing and defence of rights for patients and on this basis specification of mechanisms of government control of medical activity at the terms of transformation of the system of health protection Ukraine. The scientific novelty of the got results consists in deepening of existing and ground of new theoretical positions and conceptual approaches which in an aggregate decide an important scientific task in relation to development of state mechanisms of providing and defence of rights for patients in Ukraine. The practical value of the got results consists in that in an aggregate they make theoretical and methodological basis for practical perfection of the system of government control of public relations in industry of health protection Ukraine.
