Gusak A. Aspects criminology's of re-socializations minor, condemned for accomplishing crimes of violence, in the conditions of imprisonment

Dissertation research is devoted to the decision the issue of the day re-sotsializations of minor, which turns out in the complex criminal and legal and criminology study of crimes of violence of minor, determination of their quantitative-high-quality parameters, factors, personality of minor criminal of violent orientation, to development scientifically of recommendations in relation to providing of effective re-socializations minor criminals in the conditions of OUVP. The signs of minor are considered an author as a subject of crime, notion is analyzed "violence", "crime" of violence, the types of violence are set and author approach is given to classification of crimes of violence, the group character of crimes of violence, acting with participation of minor, is exposed.
