Mikhnevych L. Development of the legal science and education at the Kyiv commercial institute - The Kyiv institute of national economy in 1906-1930.

The dissertation is a complex research of theoretical and applied issues of the origin a development of the legal science and education at Kyiv commercial institute and its legal successor - the Kyiv institute of a national economy in 1906-1930. The work includes characterized methodological basis of dissertational research, essence of separate methods and principles of scientific knowledge which are used for the theme disclosing. The considerable number of historiography materials is analysed. The work analyses prominent features of the development of jurisprudence and education within the Kyiv commercial institute (1906-1920) and at the faculty of law of the Kiev institute of a national economy (1920-1930). Scientific achievements of scientists-lawyers of the institute are characterized; positive influence of the scientific inheritance of lawyer of Kyiv commercial institute and its assignee - the Kyiv institute of a national economy on development of the Ukrainian jurisprudence is defined. The destiny of teachers-lawyers and use of their scientific ideas by contemporaries is found out.
