In the thesis the solution of an important scientific problem which consists in complex general-theoretical analysis of concept, features, functions, genesis, sources and system of principles of European Union Law is produced.First on the monographic level the peculiarities of principles of European Union Law are disclosed, the concept of “values of the European Union” is developed, its correlation with the concept of “principles of European Union Law” is found.
