Bakhovskyy P. Methods for providing the quality of service at the introduction of virtual technical functions into mobile telecommunication networks

Object under study is a process of grant of additional types of service with the use of service functions of project SAE/EPS in mobile communication networks. Subject under study is models and methods of functioning of mobile communication of generation of 4G networks with the architectural features of project SAE/EPS. The thesis are defended on the methods for the introduction of virtual technical functions into the 4G mobile telecommunications networks which allow to define, realize and support during the project life cycle the rational version of its construction as managed system taking into account the specified criterion of the quality of service realization at the specified initial data. The mathematical models of mobile networks as queuing systems, including stochastic flow models and delays of reports are analyzed.Theoretical and experimental researches of characteristic properties of sets of virtual technical functions that should be taken into account during the selection of at the choice of parameters and telecommunication network structure are conducted.Developed recommendations in relation to the choice of basic parameters of network (power descriptions and spatial partitions of the load, capacity etc.) depending on the stream intensity of streams of requests for services, their statistical descriptions and network structure.
