Object: process of management by development of build enterprises. Research methods: theoretical generalization and comparison, abstracting, analysis, the graph theories; comparative complex estimation, taksonomicheskogo analysis; expert estimations; ekonomiko-matematicheskie. Purpose: теоретико-methodical ground and development of practical recommendations on the improvement of the system of management by development of build enterprises. It is improved: system of management by development of build enterprise, the basic elements of which interactive blocks are - proizvodstvenno-ekonomicheskiy, structural-functional, informatsionno-povedencheskiy and samorazvitiya. It is developed: approach to estimation of level of development of build enterprise, foreseeing determination of integral index of level of development and being based on the system of indexes of competitiveness and good organization of build enterprise. It is inculcated: systems of motivation of innovative-active workers and works which use the innovations in the process of labour.
