The theoretical and experimental material on use in feeding rabbits with mixed fodders with various levels of a crude protein and methionine is stated in the dissertation. The direction of changes in rabbits efficiency, digestibility of nutrients and аminoacid structure of meat, a liver and blood is revealed. The estimation of morphological and biochemical structure of blood is spent. It is studied morphological and a chemical compound of body and aminoacid structure of the longest muscle of a back at different levels of protein and аminoacid food. It is recommended for feeding rabbits breeds silvery to use fulldiet granulated mixed fodders with methionine level in 45-60-days age of 0,7 %, at 61-90 and 91-120-days age of 0,75 %, a crude protein - accordingly 15, 16 and 17 %
