Object: bank business-process. Purpose: development of theoretical positions, methodical and practical recommendations, in relation to strengthening of competition position of bank on the basis of business-processes reengineering. Methods: total-logic, theoretical and empiric methods of cognition: analysis and synthesis; abstracting; generalization; induction; formalization; algoritmization; statistical methods; cluster analysis; matrix analysis; factor analysis; a dynamic design is by Petri. It is offered: scientifically methodical principles of analysis of dynamics of development of bank networks are on the basis of decodification of information of reference book of own subsections of banks of the National bank of Ukraine; the scientifically methodical going is near description and estimation of efficiency of bank business-process; the scientific going is near organization of reengineering of bank business-process. Sphere of the use: bank institutions.
