Dissertation is sacred to research and generalization of theoretical and methodical principles, development of methodical and practical recommendations of process of the use of labour resources on agricultural enterprises. Scientific bases of the use of labour resources are considered. Influence of social and demographic factors is analysed on efficiency of the use of labour resources on agricultural enterprises. The organizationally-economic mechanism of improvement of process of the use of labour resources is worked out, the use of the motivational monitoring.
