Essay

Dissertation work is dedicated to development of information technology, used during creation of advertising product of information services. In the work are formed mathematical models of information components, defined the parameters, which help to recognize information. In the work is implemented the definition of information component, which is limited by the frames of the work. It is accepted that the process of information use is limited by the system of forming and transmitting of information components from the advertising source to its consumer.
