Bordun T. Improvement of technology of production of the mixed fodders for home zoons

Dissertation work is devoted the improvement of technology of production of the moist mixed fodders for home zoons (lady-cats, kittens and cats). Grounded new method of production of the moist mixed fodders for lady-cats, kittens and cats, by extruding, growing and sifting of mixture of corn components, cleaning and growing of mixture of uncorn components, creation of fatty compositions and introduction of browned green-stuffs into meat and fish raw material with formation of canned pate mass. The mode of sterilization of the moist mixed fodders is developed. The basic indexes of quality of the moist mixed fodders are studied and biological, zootechnic and economic expedience of introduction of technology is well-proven.
