Lutsenko I. Judiciary motivation: theoretic-legal principles and mechanism of their realization

This thesis work is dedicated to judiciary motivation peculiarities investigation. Basic consideration of the work is concentrated at investigation of subject matter, nature, goal, principles and functions of judiciary motivation. Specific characteristic of judiciary stimulation is offered depending on person's needs and interests subject matter, its interest direction and juridical motives (legal measures) of corresponding form that are applied at judiciary motivation process. Theoretical study of the concept is made; main features and components of judiciary motivation mechanism are defined. Judiciary motivation efficiency concept is represented; conditions of its rise are defined and examined.
