Essay

On the basis of common principles the models of integral Laue-diffraction for boundary cases of both "thin" (crystal's thickness is commensurable to the depth of absorption) and "thick" (crystal's thickness significantly exceeds the length of absorption) elastic bent crystals with many types of defects are developed. On this base the combined method of multiparametric diagnostics of several types of microdefects, which are simultaneously present in crystals, by simultaneously treated deformation dependences of the total integrated intensity (TII) of diffracted radiation in "thin" and "thick" crystals is created. At the same time, the models are factorized, i.e., the parameters, which describe the deformation dependences of the TII, are independent on the defect structure of a sample. They are determined in an explicit form by the conditions of the diffraction and chemical composition of the investigated single crystals and have different forms for the Bragg and diffuse components of TII. Dependences of these components on characteristics of defects coincide with corresponding dependences of not-bent crystals and do not change with bents but the ratio of these components is changed
