The thesis is devoted to theoretical and practical problems of procedural order of person's right realization on appeal against the sentence. Legal nature, legal content and structure of person's right on appeal against the sentence are researched. Objective and subjective backgrounds for formation and conditions of this right realization are analyzed. The object and subject of appeal and their correlation are determined. A critical analysis of existing demands to the forms and content is made; a differentiated approach to appeal writing depending on an appealer is offered.
