Essay

The dissertation thesis is devoted to the development and scientifical substantiation of seed cleaner on the basis of irregular curve rolling press. Structural layout is developed, parameters are validated and test component of cleaner was produced on the basis of theoretical and experimental research. Numerical scheme of movable operating element forming and its interworking relationship with working surface are introduced. Theoretical research proved and experements confirmed that optimum rotating freguemy of seed cleaner rolling press for pumpkin seeds least dirtu must be 200 minutes. If it is more the results get norse and the tendency is kept independently of rolling press material Hexibility.
