Trygub O. Mortgage Mechanism of Housing Financing in Ukraine

The dissertation develops a complex of theory on the notion, essence and structure of the mortgage housing financing mechanism. The primary tendencies of housing mortgage in the foreign countries are considered and distinctive features of Ukrainian mortgage housing lending development are determined. The institutional and legal provision of mortgage investment activity on the housing property market was analyzed.Dissertation presents the methodological principles for designing of the national mortgage housing financing mechanism, identifies organizational and methodical basis of national home loan banks functioning and proposes to improve the bank's risk-management system with help of internal ratings-based approach and stress-testing of credit-financial institutes for mortgage lending risks. Author also contributes into adaptation of new instruments of mortgage refinancing mechanism in Ukraine.
