Dissertation is devoted the theoretical, legal and applied problems of closing the criminal cases in a court. Probed historical development, concept and maintenance of institute of closing the criminal case, the system of judicial grounds is resulted for closing the criminal cases, the judicial features of establishment of actual circumstances, which confirm the presence of grounds for closing the criminal cases, and acceptance of cramps of decision, about their application, are analyzed, probed legal adjusting of order of closing the criminal cases in judicial instances. Suggestions are formulated directed on perfection of current criminal and criminal-procedural legislation, in particular in relation to perfection of the system of grounds and order of closing the criminal cases in a court."
