Dissertation is devoted the complex study of theoretical and practical problems of action of presumption in the criminal process of Ukraine, and also to perfection of legislation of Ukraine, which fastens as in-sectorial presumption which operate in a criminal process, so presumption of criminal process. The questions of historical development, concept, sign, value and classification of presumption, which are used in the criminal process of Ukraine, value in the general lines of presumptions of law in the process of finishing telling in criminal case, mechanism of action of a particular branch presumption are investigated. Scientifically grounded projects of changes and additions to the legislation of Ukraine are offered according to the dissertation theme."
