The thesis is devoted to developing problems related to the features of implementation of branch and specific principles on pre-trial investigation. The legal nature of the principles and structure of the system of principles of the criminal procedure has been researched; the structure of the system of principles of the criminal procedure, which is implemented in pre-trial investigation been defined; the implementation of branch principles of criminal procedure in the pre-trial investigation exposed also the legal nature and the content of the specific principles of pre-trial investigation were determined. The study makes proposals to improve existing legislation and the draft Code of Criminal Procedure."
