Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of increasing the efficiency of the oral herpetic infection treatment in children by force of development new treatment protocols. The association of the reccurent herpetic stomatitis with other herpes viruses (HSV, EBV CMV, HHV-6, HHV-7) which contribute to more severe clinical disease, was established in examined children. The established indicators of DNA - viral activity may use for differential choice of the treatment method. The developed algorithm of complex treatment and prophylaxis has contriduted to reducing of clinical manifestations of disease, long - term clinical remission and increased the effectiveness of the treatment in patients with oral herpetic infection varying degress of severity. The using treatment has reduced degree of disease severity, particularly in patients with Mixed - herpes infection.
