Object - the process of investment activities of telecommunication operators. Purpose - to define and scientific substantiation of the theoretical and methodological provision of practical advice on components of the investment activities of the operators of telecommunications, developed on this basis, a methodological approach to determination of tariffs for telecommunication services and effective management information system participants telecommunications market. Research methods: a qualitative analysis and synthesis, systematic approach, formal and dialectical logic, the comparative analysis of economic-mathematical, statistical, graphic. Scientific novelty of the received results: first proposed methodical ap-proach to determining the tariffs for access to the Internet as the main component of the financial security of investment, based on the methods of long-term additional costs and accounting return on investment, which allows you to clearly define the limit of the payback provision of Internet services and continue to use this approach to assess their competitiveness, improved the system of factors that affect investment activities of tele-communication operators in the present conditions, which, unlike the existing one, to determine favorable conditions for telecommunications opera-tors of its activities, as well as substantiate the suggestions and recommendations regarding the investment of sustainable development of telecom-munications operator; improved approach to accounting for investment expenses in determining the tariffs for telecommunication operators, provid-ing the definition of the scheduled period for the finance of investment projects in accordance with the volume of investment costs in maintenance and development of the network, as well as the introduction of new services based on profit margins. Distinctive features of the approach is that, firstly, to the cost of borrowed funds is included for owners of premium operators for their use, and secondly, the calculated rate of return closer to average in the market, on the one hand, it would help to operators excess profits, but on the other, ensure the profitability of telecommunication services; improved information management system of telecommunication market participants regarding investment activity, used the use of which will provide accurate and comprehensive information for all categories of consumers as to the investment activity, which is the basis for the formu-lation and decision making; Improved division of investment in telecommunications operators by conducting new features: for a cost - a network of fixed telephony (local level, area level, international level), mobile network communications, the Internet, the degree of connection with the provi-sion of telecommunications services - directly associated with the provision of services not directly related to the provision of telecommunications services for cost center - station equipment and line equipment, was further research into methods of formation of tariffs for telecommunication ser-vices, which resulted in the identification methods of tariff, which should be used when determining the tariffs for telecommunications services op-erators in Ukraine today.
