Svyatchenko L. The legal adjusting of beet sugar prodaction is in Ukraine

This dissertation is devoted to the investigation of mechanisms of the legal adjusting of beet sugar production in Ukraine and formulating, on this base, the theoretical generalizations and practical recommendations for the improvement of the legal adjusting in this sphere of agrarian relations. Essence and maintenance of the legal adjusting of beet sugar production in Ukraine are probed directly in the presented work. History of development of the legal adjusting of domestic beet sugar production also is researched here. The basic categories of research, such as "beet sugar production" and "sugar-beet complex", their legal descriptions and signs are certain. Principles of the legal adjusting of beet sugar production activity were formulated. Legal nature, particular branch belonging, place of legal principles of beet sugar production in the system of national right were certain. Features of the state-legal adjusting of relations in the field of production of sugar beet are exposed and analysis of application of contractual principles in beet sugar production are conducted.
