Essay

The legal nature, conceptual instruments and peculiarities of legal regulation of ensuring of radiation safety according to the Ukrainian legislation is studied in the dissertation. As a result of executed research it was proposed the improved definition of 'radiation safety' according to the Ukrainian legislation, examined elements of legal relationships of ensuring of radiation safety and defined imperfections of normative-legal acts regulated the sphere of ensuring of radiation safety in Ukraine.
