Essay

The object of the work is the finance-economical activity of agricultural cooperatives. The aim of the dissertation is to extending of theoretical basements of the financial providing of forming and functioning agricultural service cooperatives. The methods of the work are the following: scientific deduction; analysis and synthesis; comparison; imitation modeling; real option valuation. The results of the paper: the theoretical bases are improved and practical recommendations from perfecting of the financial providing of activities of agricultural service cooperatives are operated. The novelty of the work: the approach to the valuation of the investment effectiveness of agricultural cooperatives using real option analysis is operated. The results of the work are inculcated into practical activities of The Chief Department of Agro-industrial Development of Ivano-Frankivska RSA and of agricultural work-service cooperative “Professional”, they are also introduced at courses of study at the Precarpathian National University named V. Stefanyk. The field: The financial providing of agriculture.
