Investigation object-interweaving cell cultures lines L 929, McCoy, Hep-2; standard strains C. trachomatis UGC and C. pneumoniae К 6; biological material from the patients; clinical isolates of the chlamydiae. Investigation purpose-the bacteriological diagnostic of chlamydial infection will improve by cultivation condition optimization of the different species of chlamydiae at the interweaving cell cultures lines. Investigation method-bacterioscopy, bacteriological, cytomorphological, molecular-biological, electron microscopy, immunological, mathematic-statistic. Equipment: the light, luminescence, electron microscopes, the thermostats, the laminar-box, the amplifier.The expediency of application of 3% solution of sulfacetamide for the passaging of the cell cultures lines L929 and Hep-2 is determined. The optimal doses of the biological material for chlamydia isolation on the interweaving cells are firmed. The nutrient medium composition for cell cultivation in order to chlamydia isolation is proved. The influence of the different species of chlamydiae to vitality of the cell line L929 and Hep-2 is determined. With the help of the molecular biological and electro microscopical investigation methods the species affiliation of isolates evolved from the various lesion centre is defined. Inculcation grade: in practical bacteriological laboratories of the medical and veterinary profiles, in the science- investigation states of guard health, 3 patents, 1 methodical recommendation put into practice.
