Essay

This thesis is devoted to investigation of pathogenesis induced by herbicides inhibitors of acethyl-CoA-carboxylase (ACC) and to search of the means for the increasing of their phytotoxic action. It was established, that antioxidants decreased and the gidrogen peroxide increased the apperiance of necrosis induced by herbicide haloxyfop-methyl in meristematic region of seedlings of maize roots. From the totality of obtainted data it has been done the conclusion that the phytotoxic action of ACC-inhibiting herbicides relized by the iduction of oxidative stress.
