Essay

Object: damage of a visual way. The purpose: to optimize diagnostics of damages of elements of a visual way at concussion and a brain bruise. Methods: visocontrastometry, perimetry, campimetry, Humphrey-perimetry, ophtalmoscopy, research oculomotor frustration, pupillometry, statistical methods; pupillometr, perimetr Humphrey, Shelepin's atlas. For the first time it is shown at a bruise of a brain damage papillomacular a bunch of an optic nerve, a visual path and all occipital share of a brain. At brain concussion primary damage of chiasma and extrastrial zone of an occipital share is defined. As criteria of diagnostics of damages of elements of a visual way at a brain bruise it is offered to use homonimal narrowing of borders of a field of vision, decrease in sensitivity for all ranges of frequencies, decrease in an average threshold of FDT-sensitivity and strengthening of non-uniformity of hilliness of sight. As indirect criteria of weight of damages of a visual way at a brain bruise it is recommended to use infringements afferent pupils' reactions. Results of work are introduced in ophthalmologic, neurologic and neurosurgical departments of Ivano-Frankovsks' central city and regional clinical hospitals. Materials of dissertational work are used for lectures and a practical training on ophthalmology, nervous illnesses and neurosurgery of chairs of neurosurgery with a course of ophthalmology and neurology of the Ivano-Frankovsk national medical university.
