Strokova I. Criminal responsibility for genocide (comparative analysis).

The dissertation is the complex research of questions of criminal responsibility for genocide on criminal law of Ukraine, states of continental legal monogynopaedium and international criminal law. History of origin of criminal responsibility for genocide is analyzed, the stages of its development is selected, maintenance of international norms which touch criminal responsibility for a genocide is exposed. In the process of research of signs of corpus delicty of the crime, foreseen st.442 UK of Ukraine, an author specifies maintenance of its object, on the basis of what offers change to the structure of Special part of CC of Ukraine; gives description his methods, offers practical recommendations in relation to determination of moment of his completion, differentiating with contiguous crimes and qualification, after an aggregate; outlines the circle of subjects; formulates suggestions in relation to differentiating of criminal responsibility for encroachment, foreseen st.442 UK of Ukraine, and additions of the operating Criminal code of Ukraine, by the article 442-1 "Propaganda of Genocide".
