The thesis is devoted a new practical design procedure of width of disclosing of cracks and dependences for crack spacing definition in essentric compression reinforced concrete constructions ruggedized at reconstruction, which is based on traditional preconditions of the theory of reinforced concrete and substantive provisions of mechanics of destruction taking into account a pliability of a seam between different concrete in the form of the conditional concentrated shear and of effect of infringement solid. Experimental researches are spent and data which supplement an available actual material are obtained and checks of the offered settlement apparatus and the basic working hypotheses give the chance. It is executed numerical factorial and comparative analyses in a wide range of reinforcement change, level of a prestressing, the class of concrete, an eccentricity, the form and across-sectional dimension, thickness of experimental specimen, which have shown sufficient accuracy of the results gained by a new technique, and also preconditions taken as a principle to an offered technique and formulas.
