In dissertational operation the actual scientifically-applied task which consists in development of a method of rise of efficiency of allocation of information calculating jobs in computer clusters of telecommunication systems on the basis of technology Grid is solved. It is shown that application of the developed method and the models raises a management efficiency communication networks, distributions of the information, digital processing and transformation of signals
