Smaylova S. Peculiarities of meaning sphere at Unstable (Borderline) Personality Disorder (Impulsive type).

The object is a meaning sphere of personality. The goal was to identify the features of meaning sphere of patients with Unstable (Borderline) Personality Disorder (Impulsive type). Methods are a theoretical analysis, semantic and project techniques, questionnaire, statistical methods. Theoretical results and novelty – the phenomena of contradiction of temporal structure, absences of semantic closeness of construct «I» with construct «Present», «simplification of appearance of consciousness» are first exposed, decline of ability to use metaphor and insufficient development of in-tersystem modal transfer for patients Unstable (Borderline) Personality Disorder (Impulsive type).Practical results - the row of psychological diagnostic procedures to study semantic structures of personality and program of remedial work for patients with Unstable (Borderline) Personality Disorder (Impulsive type) are proposed.The study materials are introduced in the expert work done in the Crimean republican institutions "Drug Dispensary, and the Crimean republican institutions" Clinical Psychiatric Hospital № 1 ".Scope of use - results of a study can be used for problems of differential psychodiagnostics personality disorders and psycho-correction work with Unstable (Borderline) Personality Disorder (Impulsive type).
