Dissertation work is devoted to the research of approaches complex of marketing strategy enterprise forming on the basis of customer behavior models in the market of technical control and analysis. The author analyzed the customer behavior role and definition, investigated the process of marketing strategy development and proposed personal understanding examining specificity of the chosen market segment.
