The thesis is devoted to the planning and organization of process of tourist service arrangement. There was held an investigation of tourist service market in Zaporozhye region. There was also analysed the process of planning and organization of service arrangement in tourism. There was worked out a scientific approach in planning of a scientific approach in planning of process of tourist service arrangement by tourist enterprises taking into account the customer satisfaction level.
