Liu Z. Government Regulation of the Development of the Credit Cooperative in the Conditions of Market Economy (on the example of the People's Republic of China)

Research object. The process of government control of development of credit сooperative in the conditions of market economy is research Purpose. Exposure, study and decision of modern problems of government control of development of credit сooperative; development and scientific ground of approaches and recommendations of conceptual character, directed on the improvement of government control and rise of efficiency of development of credit сooperative in the conditions of market economy, on the basis of scientific estimation of its modern state. Research methods. Theoretical generalization and comparison, concrete-history, dialectical, statistical and graphic, system and complex approaches. The theoretical and practical value consists that basic positions, conclusions and recommendations of author, and also realization of offered conceptual approaches can be used for creation of strategies and conceptions, positions and methods on the government control of development of credit сooperative in the conditions of market economy. The scientific novelty of the got results of research consists in development and ground by the author of conceptual suggestions relatively to the improvement of organizational-economic machineries of government control of development of credit сooperative. General conformity to the law of state administration and adjusting of development of credit сooperative in Ukraine and of the People's Republic of China is first exposed, the features of their realization in these countries are shown. To general conformity to the law in dissertation the origin, mushroom growth, stopping of development and revival of credit сooperative, in Ukraine and of the People's Republic of China is delivered; to the features - role of the state in the supervision and support, realization of economic reforms during development of credit сooperative. The stages of development of credit сooperative are exposed and it is developed chart of dynamics of government control of development of credit сooperative in Ukraine and of the People's Republic of China.
