Essay

Object: physical and chemical processes of impregnation and properties of concrete at its repair by polymeric compositions on the basis of modified isocianates. The purpose: an establishment of regularity of change of operational properties of repaired concrete by the modified polymeric compositions on a basis of isocianates. Methods of research: standard methods of physical and chemical analyses by working out of compositions on the basis of modified isocianates, physical methods at research of mechanisms of impregnating of concrete, standard methods of physicomechanical tests at research of properties of concrete. Theoretical and practial results: materials and technologies of repair, restoration and the protection of the degraded and new concrete providing increase of its durability, allowing rehabilitate the compact of concrete with cracks are created, to provide adhesion of new and old concrete for the purpose of repair of volume damages of concrete of ferro-concrete designs, to raise wearproof of concrete. On the offered technology ferro-concrete designs of cooling tower of thermal power station-6 (Kiev), a tower of granulation of ammoniac saltpeter of Open Society "AZOT" (Cherkassy), etc. objects have been restored. Novelty: on the basis of modified isocianates new polymeric compositions are developed for repair and restoration of operational properties of concrete of ferro-concrete designs, the experimental dependences characterising process of impregnation of concrete of various structure and a physical condition by compositions on the basis of modified isocianates for the first time are received, have received the further development of technology of repair of concrete at impregnating by compositions on the basis of modified isocianates for hardening, restoration of compact and repair of volume defects and damages of concrete of ferro-concrete designs, regularities of change of physicomechanical characteristics of concrete depending on type isocianates, type and quantity of solvent, type and quantity of modifying additives for the first time are established at polymerisation of impregnating compositions on the basis of modified isocinates. Use sphere is repair and restoration of operational characteristics of concrete of ferro-concrete designs.
