Essay

Dissertation is devoted research of the structurally functional state of bone fabric for children which are ill scoliosis, and also to development of methods of correction of his violations with the purpose of increase of efficiency of the stage of rehabilitation. For children, patients with, scoliosis with violations of SFSBF, at age distance is 8-16 years marked in physical development on the level of IMB. For children with scoliosis the decline of level of Ktr was marked, more expressed for children from osteoporosis. Disregulyaciya in the system of Ca-regulate hormones for patients with scoliosis accompanied the decline of levels of Ktn, GZ and proper changes of level of PTG. Proveden analysis of representation of hormonal violations of mineral homoeostasis depending on the article, age and violations of SFSBF. Viyavlen disbalance of processes of bone remodelling for children with scoliosis, diminishing of middle level of OK , level of DPD in urine (R<0,001), more expressed for girls and children with mionectic FR. It is marked, that a complex of sanatorium-resort treatment of children is with scoliosis, complemented preparation of «Osteobios» and BRVS results in the proof improvement of the state of the bone system due to the increase of index of durability of bone fabric.
