Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical research of the thermodynamic properties and kinetic effects in crystals with a linear wave-vector term in the anisotropic dispersion law of energy carriers and the influence of k-linear term in the anisotropic energy dispersion relation on the temperature dependence of the parameters for p-CdSe and p-CuInSe2. It was shown that non-parabolicity of the energy dispersion relation for the crystals with wurtzite and chalcopyrite structure leads to the changes of thermodynamics functions. For the valence sub-bands p-CuInSe2 we defined the coefficients that characterize the degree of deviation from the parabolic dispersion law and effective mass components.
