Khokhlin D. Constructive protection of residential buildings of mass series used in the subsiding rock conditions in seismic areas

The thesis deals with studies on complex problems associated with the constructive protection of mass series residential buildings used under conditions of subsiding rocks in seismic areas of Ukraine. Specific features and issues of the technical state of residential mass series buildings used in difficult conditions have been studied. Fundamentals of investigation and estimation of their technical condition have been developed. There has been designed a detailed final-element model of the building series 67c used tо investigate the building dynamic characteristics and tension deformation during the action of the above complex effects. The complex of structural and other measures of rehabilitation, strengthening and preservation of residential mass series buildings in the above conditions involving new and special techniques have been proposed and investigated.
