Shaposhnikova N. The clinical and paraclinical characteristics of newborns with congenital chlamidic infection and their catamnesis.

The dissertation is devoted to the creating the complex of rehabilitative and preventive measures aimed to reduce the morbidity rate, the impairments in physical, neurological and mental development by studying the general health condition of children with congenital chlamidic infection (CCI) in catamnesis. There have been studied and processed the indices of early diagnostics of CCI visceral forms. There has been also developed the complex approach to the rehabilitation of the children having different CCI clinical forms and their prevention. This method promotes the increase of effectiveness in therapy and rehabilitation of CCI children. It has been proved in catamnesis the application of this method allowed for the second year of the study to reduce the morbidity rate double, to decrease the percentage of physical developmental disorders from 30,3% to 9,1%, and neurological and mental disorders from 39,4% to 9,1%.
