The purpose: development of scientifically-methodical approaches to formation of the mechanism of increase of efficiency of investment activity of the enterprises of the basic chemistry. Methods of research: the statistical analysis, the system analysis, economic-mathematical modelling, the mathematical analysis, programmno-mathematical modelling. Novelty: for the first time the structurally-logic essence of concept "chain effect of investments" is defined, and the scientifically-methodical approach to an estimation of chain efficiency of investments which considers economic results of introduction of the investment project both at the base enterprise, and at the adjacent enterprises of branch is developed.
