Object: innovation process management system at an enterprise. Purpose: development of theoretical and methodological approaches to management of innovation processes at enterprises of machine-building complex based on costs structure control. Research methods and apparatus: method of logical generalization, comparative analysis, statistical analysis, methods of graphic and economic and mathematic modeling, system approach, logic analysis. Novelty: scientific and methodological approach to generation of optimal costs structure in innovation process which covers allocation and reallocation of investment resources in its steps taking into account economic inertia of innovation process results and costs, committed for development of a new product or improvement of an old one has been developed. Object, level of implementation: economic relations created on the basis of allocation and reallocation of investment resources during innovation process management at an enterprise. Scientific and methodological approaches to determining the effectiveness of innovation and investment projects, methodological approach to scientific grounding of the horizon of an enterprise product innovativeness have been implemented.
