Object: there are economic relations, which arise up in the process of forming, realization and management of innovative projects a brief-case on industrial enterprises. Purpose: there is development of theoretical bases improvement of methodical recommendations and practical mechanisms in relation to forming to the brief-case of innovative projects on the enterprises of engineer. Novelty: the scientifically-methodical going is first worked out near optimization of PIP on the criterion of maximization of the mean expected value of index of profitability to the brief-case at providing of acceptable level of risk, appraised on the basis of unclear interval approach which takes into account, limit of profitableness of PIP, requirement in relation to the profitableness of investments, type of PIP, form of innovations, relation of proprietors of enterprise to the risk, probabilistic character of size of investment necessity on a project.
