Essay

The dissertation is focused on studying clinical, pathogenetic and therapeutic features of course of osteoarthritis with concomitant arterial hypertension that are shown by magnesium metabolism disorders, decreased bone mineral density, endothelial nitric oxide deficiency and changes of 24-hour blood pressure profile. Additional supplementation of blocker calcium canals and magnesium optimizes of magnesium metabolism disorders, stimulates endothelial synthesis of nitric oxide, optimizes renal hemodynamics and improves 24-hour blood pressure profile, decreases bone tissue remodeling, improves cartilage function in patients with osteoarthritis and arterial hypertension. Prescription of сalsium in addition to therapy osteoarthritis to be attended by disturbances of magnesium metabolism, that demand correction.
