Essay

The prevalence of cardiovascular risk factors has been studied, the algorithm of examining people with overweight and the efficiency of a complex treatment in patient with arterial hypertension against the background of metabolic syndrome and in case of their combination with type 2 diabetes mellitus are proposed in the thesis. It has been proved that using new dietetic regimes combined with the improved physical activity positively effects the index of the body weight and waist size, metabolic parameters, arterial pressure level. To prescribe antihomotoxic therapy as a part of a complex therapy of patient with arterial hypertension and metabolic syndrome combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus causes evident improvement of the state of lipid, carbohydrate and purine metabolism.
