The thesis is devoted to the issue of raising the effectiveness of orthopaedic treatment of dental hard tissue defects by clinical and experimental validation of a differentiated approach to the choice of construction materials without metal dentures. Scientifically substantiated and introduced into medical practice system of differentiated approach determination of indications for replacement crown teeth without metal structures of non-replaceable dentures. A clinical trial demonstrated high functional efficiency personalized approach to the choice of construction material and manufacturing technology without metal of non-replaceable dentures.
